Shipping Overview
At Menopause Alternative, we want to get your products to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer fast, reliable shipping across the UK and to selected international destinations.
Shipping Rates
UK Mainland (England, Scotland, Wales)

International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Typical international delivery: 7-14 business days
Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day
Business Days:
- Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays)
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or bank holidays
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
UK Mainland Standard Delivery:
- 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays)
UK Express Delivery:
- 1-2 business days from dispatch
- Delivered Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
- Must be ordered before 2:00 PM for next-day processing
Northern Ireland:
- 4-6 business days from dispatch
International:
- 7-14 business days from dispatch (varies by destination)
- May be subject to customs clearance delays
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, confirming:
- Order number
- Products ordered
- Delivery address
- Order total
Dispatch Notification
When your order is dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with:
- Tracking number
- Courier information
- Estimated delivery date
- Link to track your parcel
Track Your Parcel
You can track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your dispatch email
- Visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number
- Logging into your account on our website (if you created one)

Delivery Address
Accurate Information
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for:
- Non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by incorrect information
- Re-delivery charges for failed deliveries
Address Changes
Before dispatch:
- Email info@menopausealternative.com immediately with your order number and new address
- We'll update your address if the order hasn't been dispatched yet
After dispatch:
- Contact the courier directly using your tracking number
- We cannot guarantee address changes after dispatch
We Do Not Deliver To:
- PO Boxes
- BFPO addresses
- Some remote or offshore locations (check at checkout)
Delivery Attempts
Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver your parcel:
- They'll leave a delivery card with instructions
- The parcel may be left with a neighbour (if safe to do so)
- The parcel may be taken to a local depot or post office for collection
You'll typically have 7-14 days to collect your parcel before it's returned to us.
Uncollected Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us because:
- You didn't collect it from the depot
- Delivery failed due to incorrect address
- You refused delivery
You will be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Re-delivery charges (if you want the order re-sent)
We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund (minus shipping costs).
Missing or Delayed Orders
Order Not Arrived?
UK Orders:
- Wait 5 business days from dispatch before contacting us
- Check with neighbours or building reception
- Check tracking information for updates
International Orders:
- Wait 14 business days from dispatch before contacting us
- Check customs clearance status
- Check tracking information for updates
Contact Us
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe:

- Include your order number and tracking number
- We'll investigate with the courier and resolve the issue
We'll either:
- Resend your order (if lost)
- Provide a full refund
- Work with the courier to locate your parcel
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not open the damaged products
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Email us within 24 hours at info@menopausealternative.com
- Include your order number and photos
We'll:
- Investigate your claim within 48 hours
- Send a replacement or provide a full refund
- Arrange collection of damaged items (if necessary)
- Cover all return shipping costs
Incorrect Products
If you receive the wrong products:

- Include your order number and photos of the incorrect items
We'll:
- Send the correct products immediately
- Arrange collection of incorrect items
- Cover all shipping costs
International Shipping
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

- Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)
You are responsible for:
- All customs duties, taxes, and fees
- Providing accurate customs information
- Clearing your parcel through customs
We are not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Refused parcels due to customs fees
- Additional costs imposed by your country
Customs Declarations:
- We declare the full value of your order on customs forms
- We cannot mark items as "gifts" or undervalue products
Restricted Countries
We do not ship to countries subject to UK trade restrictions or sanctions. Check at checkout to see if we ship to your country.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet:
- Email info@menopausealternative.com immediately
- Include your order number and request cancellation
- We'll cancel and refund your order if it hasn't been dispatched
After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched:
- You cannot cancel the order
- You can refuse delivery and the parcel will be returned to us
- You can return the products following our Return Policy (you'll pay return shipping)

Shipping Restrictions
Products We Cannot Ship
Due to courier restrictions, we cannot ship certain products to some destinations. This includes:
- Liquids or gels (some international destinations)
